I'm Tyecha Pettigrew, a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher in Integrative Yoga Therapy. I'm passionate about ensuring those in my community are able to enjoy the benefits of yoga. Yoga originally began as an exercise routine for me but quickly turned into something much more profound. The practice of yoga is a passion that quickly became a purpose. In 2020, most of our lives changed drastically as we lived through a worldwide pandemic. We also witnessed the unrest caused by the mistreatment and injustices of black and brown people, resulting in the loss of lives. Through these challenges, I struggled with how to contribute to the healing of my community. Because yoga was helping me get through such a complicated time, at that moment I decided this was the gift I could offer to others. I could provide a healthy way to deal with the daily struggles of life. Allow me to guide you through the sacred practice of yoga. Together we can unite the mind, body and spirit. In the traditional studio style class, the classes always integrate 2 things as part of the holistic technique; the yoga poses, also known as asanas and pranayama or breathwork.

Making Step Great Again!
You're invited to try a new and exciting version of step aerobics like no other! We've combined cardio, step aerobics using a step board, hip hop & R&B music putting a fresh spin on an old concept.
